These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you, the individual accessing or using the 33mwm platform ("Player", "you", "your"), and 33mwm ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting services available at 33mwm.app.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the 33mwm platform, you conclusively acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. This acceptance forms a legally binding contract.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use 33mwm:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.

• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of 33mwm, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

33mwm enforces age verification through Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player tier.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day depending on your account tier.

33mwm offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion, all bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a minimum of 20 times (20x) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. For combined deposit-and-bonus offers, the wagering requirement applies to the combined total.

Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. As a general guide:

33mwm's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total net deposits made by you to your 33mwm account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) ৳10,000 — whichever is the lesser amount.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted, error-free service, we do not warrant that the platform will be continuously available or free of technical faults. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 33mwm platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from 33mwm.
• Use any 33mwm brand assets, trademarks, or logos for any commercial or promotional purpose without express written authorisation.
• Frame, scrape, mirror, or systematically extract data from any part of the platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of contract and consumer law applicable to online gaming services. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through our support team should be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution process as communicated by 33mwm at the time of the dispute.
